Core & Pelvic Floor, Guided Pilates and Physio Stretch
Ladies are you embarrassed about an incontinence issue and have avoided treatment?
Why not learn a few strategies from our Intro Core and Pelvic Floor Education Class. This level one class is designed to provide education about stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises necessary to regain control over your bladder symptoms or pelvic pain.
Need more guidance?
Book a private session with one of our Physiotherapists. They will be able to give you specific cues to help improve your technique and review these sometimes tricky exercises as you recover.
Too embarrassed to participate in a large class? No problem. Set up a girlfriend class with 3-6 of your friends or set up a private session for complete privacy.

Pelvic Floor Classes
Intro Core and Pelvic Floor
This 50 minute session is designed to introduce women to the basic breathing, stretching and muscle awareness exercises necessary for a happy pelvic floor. This class is appropriate for all women but was especially designed for those who have light to moderate incontinence, diastasis recti, and/or pelvic pain.
Private Session (45 minutes) - $90
This program was designed to get all ages moving better. We learn to stretch from an injury prevention perspective. Bring your foam roller to learn how to use it! (Not required)
Physio Guided Pilates
This program includes stretching, toning and balance exercises to address your core strength and
full body flexibility
Private Stretch Session (45 minutes)- $90
This program is designed to tailor a home stretching program to your individual needs. A full movement assessment is included by a registered physio.
Recommendations and handouts will be provided.
