OUR CURRENT CLASSES
6 week Core and Pelvic Floor
This 50 minute session is designed to introduce women to the basic breathing, stretching and muscle awareness exercises necessary for a happy pelvic floor. This class is appropriate for all women but was especially designed for those who have light to moderate incontinence, diastasis recti, and/or pelvic pain. Currently this class is only available to clients who have had a pelvic floor assessment.
Class fee - $50/session x 6 weeks
New sessions will begin in September

Private Session (45 minutes) - $90
Yoga Series for Beginners with Lisa
Yoga is for everyone! Start with a strong foundation by breaking down each pose with guidance. Supportive small group setting.
$100 for all 6 classes

Physio Guided Pilates Classes

This program includes stretching, toning and balance exercises to address your core strength and
full body flexibility.
One-on-one Pilates Reformer Sessions $95/session, 45 minutes
